Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and w788 ("w788", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the w788 website located at https://w788.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the website or using any feature of the w788 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Account Registration & Management

Each User may hold only one active account on the w788 platform. Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information. w788 reserves the right to verify the identity of any User at any point and to request supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport for Pakistani users), proof of address and payment-method ownership confirmation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w788 immediately via the support contact channels set out in Section 16 of these Terms.

w788 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it reasonably believes that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, where false information has been provided, or where the account is subject to a security concern, fraud investigation or AML review.

Terms of Use

Users of the w788 platform agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local, national or international law.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, advantage play through prohibited means or any activity intended to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineer any software, or interfere with the security or functionality of the platform in any way.
• Using third-party software, automated betting systems, bots or scripts to interact with the platform without express written authorisation from w788.
• Creating multiple accounts or using the accounts of other persons to access promotions, bonuses or services more than once.
• Posting, transmitting or sharing content through the platform that is unlawful, defamatory, offensive, harassing, obscene or that infringes any third-party rights.

w788 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to violations of these Terms, including account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your w788 account must be funded from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your name. w788 does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods are listed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction and may change without prior notice. Pakistani users may find references to familiar local payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or major bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah); however, the availability of any specific method is determined by the operator's cashier at the time of deposit and is not guaranteed. These payment providers are referenced for contextual familiarity only and do not endorse or support gambling activity.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The name on the payment account must match the name registered on your w788 account. Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
• Processing times for withdrawals depend on the payment method selected and the operator's internal review process. No specific processing time is guaranteed in these Terms.
• w788 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may delay processing. This is standard AML practice and not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the user.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account is subject to an open investigation, fraud review or where the account balance includes disputed funds.

Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus principles that apply to all w788 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user, household, IP address, device or payment method unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the w788 platform are subject to the rules of the specific sport or game type selected, in addition to these general Terms. Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, UFC and other disciplines — are governed by the platform's individual sport-specific rules available within the relevant betting section.

w788 reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel any bet where:

• An error in odds or market data has occurred due to a technical fault or data-feed issue.
• A bet has been placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not the intended market format.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, corruption or any irregular activity related to the event on which the bet was placed.
• A bet was placed using exploited odds or system errors, or as part of a coordinated advantage-play strategy.
• The platform has been unable to verify the legitimacy of the bet or the account from which it was placed.

Casino and live-dealer games are subject to their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by the game studios and are long-run statistical averages — they do not guarantee returns in any individual session.

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

w788 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, payment-provider issues or force-majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of Services, for which w788 accepts no liability beyond what is required by law.

Account Termination & Suspension

You may request closure of your w788 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance held in your account (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review.

w788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy incorporated herein.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money-laundering, bonus abuse, collusion or any other activity that damages the integrity of the platform.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the platform's dormant account policy.

In the event of account termination for cause, w788 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Verified legitimate balances will be returned in accordance with applicable policy following conclusion of the relevant review.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w788 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, where such rights cannot be contractually excluded. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related legislation may affect their ability to participate in online gambling activities. w788 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in Pakistan, and accessing the platform from Pakistan is at the user's own risk and legal responsibility.

Amendments to These Terms

w788 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
